• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• Fluently bilingual in French and English (a third language is a strong asset)
• Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong capacity for interpersonal relations
• Sense of organization
• Capacity to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of social media
